Board of Directors

Mr. Robert J.A. Fraser
Chairman of Board of Directors   •Member of Compensation & Governance Committees

Mr. Fraser is also a member of the board for MBNA Canada Bank and Easter Seals. Prior to assuming chairmanship at Blueprint, he was a Vice Chairman of MBNA America Bank, where his accomplishments included leading and improving multiple, corporate-wide technology initiatives. Mr. Fraser also previously held many senior executive positions at Hercules Incorporated, a leader in the chemicals industry.

Mr. Fraser holds an MBA in International Marketing and Finance, from The University of Western Ontario, as well as a B.A.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from The University of British Columbia, Vancouver, B.C.
     
Mr. Scott Pelton
Chairman of Compensation Committee

Mr. Pelton is a Vice President, Investments for GrowthWorks Capital Ltd. Prior to joining GrowthWorks in 2005, he spent five years at Scotiabank Private Equity Investments, most recently as Executive Director. Before that, Mr. Pelton worked in a variety of consulting and systems development roles for clients such as Intel, SAP and Sony. He earned a Bachelor of (Computer) Engineering and Management from McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario. Mr. Pelton works with a number of growth company boards.
     
Ms. Alisha Hirsch
Chairman of Governance Committee   •Member of Audit & Compensation Committees

Ms. Hirsch joined The Walsingham Fund in June of 2005 and was promoted to principal in October of 2005. She is actively involved in evaluating and conducting due diligence for new investment opportunities. In addition, she works with a number of portfolio companies as a board member and observer.

Prior to joining Walsingham, Ms. Hirsch worked as an associate in New York at Barnard & Co., a private equity firm managing approximately $2 billion and focused on growth financings for information technology, business services and communications companies. She started her career in the Technology Investment Banking Group at Merrill Lynch in New York as a summer analyst, became a full-time analyst, and then received a promotion to the associate level.

Ms. Hirsch holds an MBA from the Joseph L. Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto, where she won the Canadian Credit Management Foundation's $20,000 Entrance Award and the Women in Capital Markets' Heather L. Main Memorial Scholarship. Ms. Hirsch was also on the first and second Year Dean's List and was a Bregman Scholar and a Rotman Scholar. She earned a BA magna cum laude in honors economics and mathematics from Wellesley College in Massachusetts.
     
Mr. Roger Wilson
Member of Audit & Corporate Governance Committees

Mr. Wilson has been in the venture capital business for over 15 years. After a three-year stint with BDC Venture Capital in Montreal in the late 1980s, he gained operating experience by taking on a management role to lead the Quebec operations of a leading national industrial distributor. He then moved his family to Toronto and rejoined the venture group at BDC in 1994.

Mr. Wilson has been actively involved on the boards of directors of several private and public technology companies in various sectors, and now concentrates his efforts on assisting the growth of software and IT service companies. He has also served as Vice President of the Canadian Venture Capital Association (CVCA) and Chair of the CVCA's Professional Development Committee, where he continues to play an active role. Mr. Wilson holds a BBA (Finance) from Acadia University and an MBA (Marketing) from Concordia University.
     
Mr. Paul McFeeters
Chairman of Audit Committee   •Member of Governance Committee

Paul McFeeters is the Chief Financial Officer of Open Text Corporation, a publicly traded company, and largest independent provider of Enterprise Content Management software.

Prior to joining Open Text, Mr. McFeeters was the Chief Financial Officer of Platform Computing Inc. (a grid computing software vendor), Kintana, Inc. (a privately-held IT governance software provider), as well as President and CEO positions at both MD Private Trust and Municipal Financial Corporation.

Mr. McFeeters holds a Certified Management Accountant designation and attained a B.B.A (Honours) from Wilfrid Laurier University and an MBA from York University, Canada.
     
Mr. David W. Nyland
President & CEO

Mr. Nyland is responsible for all aspects of Blueprint's operations. Prior to joining Blueprint in 2006, Mr. Nyland spent three years as President & CEO of NBS Technologies, a publicly traded company involved in manufacturing and distributing hardware and software solutions for the payment and smart card industry with operations in Canada, USA, London, France, China and Brazil.

Before that, Mr. Nyland spent three years as SVP Operations at Syndesis Ltd, a privately held, VC-backed company providing fixed network software solutions to the global telecommunications industry. Prior to Syndesis, he held various executive-level R&D, operations and marketing positions over a five-year period at Architel Systems Corp, a VC-backed company providing next-generation network software solutions to the global telecommunications industry.

Mr. Nyland is from the UK, where he started his career as a management consultant with a five-year tenure at Accenture (previously Andersen Consulting). He holds a 1st Class B.Eng. in Manufacturing & Systems Engineering from Brunel University in London.
